The Dreambuilding Workshop

The Dreambuilding Workshop helps the participants to identify their needs, wants and desires in future relationships and also helps you to realise why past relationships may not have been the best choices. Testimonial from Aroha

Hi, my name is Aroha and I currently live in Brisbane with my partner and newborn boy. Before I took part in the Dreambuilder Workshop I was aware that I was repeating old, toxic patterns in my relationships and settling for things that I wasn't exactly looking for. I knew I needed to start listening to my gut instinct.... Click here to read more of this testimonial.

Mental Health Engagement in the Workplace  Workshop (MHEW)

Happy workers in the workplace.jpg

There are times in our modern day working life when staff performance can be hindered by challenges such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, or other issues. These issues can have a negative impact on team work, productivity, presentation, absences, and disproportionate behaviours towards others.

Our MHEW Workshop takes the front-line managers, or staff supervisors, through a one-day course outlining how to identify, engage with, and support staff that may be presenting with mental health challenges.

Our MHEW Workshop is managed by Loz Craig, who is our Head of Counselling & Training. Loz comes from a manufacturing background of over 20 years, is a qualified trainer, and has 8 years in the mental health field. Loz holds a current certification as a mental health first aider.

Shooting For The Stars Workshop

Shooting for the stars.jpg

Shooting for the stars is a motivational 1-2 hour workshop presented in a group setting. Offering interactive and motivational prompts to the participants. Great for goal setting, thought provoking and encouraging clients to move forward in their lives.

Note from Loz:

I designed this workshop while working in an adult detox unit and presented the workshop on a weekly basis to the clients who were in residence at the time. It was a fun and engaging group setting which I enjoyed as much as the clients. After one of these workshops the clients would normally be quiet and deep in thought or discuss among themselves what reflections and thoughts the workshop provoked for them. One night a client came up to me and he said "thank you for giving me hope". It was very humbling.
