    Though we do hope our clients will help us to pay our bills, we do take on some clients with no or very low charge. Please do contact Loz on: 0427 527 244 and you can discuss your situation with her privately.
  • How does Telehealth work?
    Telehealth is a program we use to be able to talk with clients over the internet. You can be at home, or in any quiet space and we can connect with you via computer or mobile. We will send you a link to meet up and all you need to do is click on it at the beginning of your session.

  • How do I book for a counsellor?

  • What issues can I discuss with the counsellor?
    You can talk about anything that is struggling for you.   • Will you help me even if I am not in Australia?
    With our Telehealth service and the internet we can reach any client anywhere in the world. Send a message to Lozcraig@trafmorgroup.com.au to discuss how easy the Telehealth function is.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
